Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in KYC/AML or related field.
• Strong written and oral communication; conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders and senior managers.
• Proactive and flexible with workload and deadlines.
• Experience with AI tools for document summarisation and data extraction; human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage own KYC renewals/new business book and complete end-to-end KYC process.
• Partner with Front Office and clients to obtain supporting evidence for KYC due diligence.
• Liaise with business to plan workload and track renewals status.
• Interact with Front Office, Compliance, and QC to build partnerships and ensure information flow.
