Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in client management or a related role within financial services.
• Basic knowledge of financial products and KYC/AML regulatory requirements.
• Ability to resolve client issues and manage escalations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with client relationship focus.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Relationship & Origination Support: maintain client relationships and assist in origination activities.
• Credit Management: coordinate with internal teams to manage credit requests and monitor lines.
• Onboarding & Implementation: manage end-to-end onboarding, CRM requests and post-implementation follow-up.
• Service Coordination: act as primary contact for escalations and daily operational flow.
• KYC Ownership: own KYC for portfolio and maintain accurate client profiles.
