J.P. Morgan is seeking a KYC Manager (VP) for Wholesale Payments in Turkey to own onboarding of Turkish clients, renewals and KYC records, partnering with Front Office and Global KYC teams. This role emphasizes risk-based execution and regulatory adherence in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong KYC/AML expertise, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to leverage AI-enabled tooling with appropriate human review to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end KYC for Turkish clients, renewals and new business.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Global KYC teams for workflow delivery.
• Ensure compliance with AML, local and corporate due diligence requirements.
• Provide risk-based status updates and capacity planning across the pipeline.
• Utilize AI tools with human oversight to enhance accuracy and throughput.
