Job summary

Tchibo Türkiye is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the operational organization and prepare the business for its future growth. You will shape the future operating model and drive strategic transformation across supply chain, logistics, warehousing, import/export, and technical service.

This role partners with commercial, finance, and Tchibo Group teams to build a more efficient, scalable, and sustainable organization while ensuring governance and performance excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional operations experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional project management experience.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Shape and develop the future operating model of Tchibo Coffee Service.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, cost structure, and service quality.
• Initiate, lead, and implement strategic operational projects and transformation initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement across supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and import/export.
• Oversee technical service, showrooms and workshops, and telemetry initiatives.
