Impetus Executive in Türkiye seeks a highly analytical, commercially minded professional to join the CEO Office of a leading retail organisation. You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership on strategic priorities, growth initiatives, performance, and key transformation projects.

The successful candidate will translate complex business challenges into actionable recommendations and measurable results, combining strong strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

Qualifications

Proven track record in top-tier management consulting or corporate strategy.
Experience in retail, FMCG, or consumer-focused businesses.
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Fluency in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

Support the CEO in defining, evaluating, and executing corporate strategy and long‑term growth priorities.
Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and emerging business models in retail/FMCG.
Prepare executive-level presentations, strategic reports, and decision materials.
Coordinate strategic projects across functions with clear milestones.
Monitor performance indicators and drive transformative initiatives.
