UM Türkiye is seeking an experienced digital strategy leader to oversee cross-functional client work, train team members, and drive insights. You will collaborate with the Strategy Team to advance communications planning and explore innovative approaches.

You will nurture client relationships, grow the business, and ensure the team’s professionalism and performance while staying current on the IMS and media landscape.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 years of experience with a Global Media agency group.
• Experience building and nurturing strong client relationships.
• Leadership abilities to supervise and support a large team.
• Hands-on experience with ad platforms such as Meta, Google Ads and TikTok, with knowledge of Pinterest, Criteo and RTB as an advantage.
• Strong ad tech and analytics experience including DSPs, Ad Serving, Ad Verification and Google Analytics.
• Hands-on experience planning and activation across programmatic and social platforms.
• Experience planning and managing full funnel digital activity.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for overall digital strategy across the client, offering support through training and insights to team members.
• Online, working efficiently as part of an integrated team.
• Leads strategy with the Strategy Team to drive communications planning and new ways of thinking.
• Maintains the overall business growth of the client account.
• Develop staff through performance management and giving consistent feedback.
• Act as an industry expert on IMS and the client/media landscape.
