Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the coordination of the company’s strategic, operational, and managerial processes, reporting directly to the CEO,
- Attending management, production, technical, operational, and strategic meetings involving the CEO, and following up on decisions, action items, responsible parties, and deadlines,
- Documenting meeting outcomes and reporting critical matters, risks, delays, and issues requiring management decisions to the CEO,
- Coordinating with executives reporting directly to the CEO and relevant departments to ensure that agreed actions are completed on time,
- Monitoring the progress of strategic projects, investments, corporate priorities, and critical business plans led by the CEO,
- Preparing pre-meeting briefing notes, executive summaries, analyses, reports, and presentations for the CEO,
- Analyzing technical and operational matters and translating them into concise, clear, action- and decision-oriented executive reports,
- Supporting the effective management of the CEO’s business plan, meeting agenda, and priorities,
- Regularly monitoring the implementation of management decisions and reporting on their progress and outcomes,
- Maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, professional representation, and corporate communication across all CEO Office activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline,
- Preferably experienced in automotive, manufacturing, machinery, metal, defense, electronics, or similar industrial sectors,
- Preferably at least 5 years of professional experience,
- Experience in a CEO/General Manager’s Office, executive coordination, project management, strategy, Human Resources, or similar functions,
- Strong business perspective with the ability to understand manufacturing processes, technical terminology, factory organizations, and project management principles,
- Ability to analyze technical and operational discussions and identify critical issues, risks, decisions, and required actions,
- Strong planning, organization, coordination, and follow-up skills,
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint,
- Strong executive-level reporting, analysis, and presentation skills,
- Advanced proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings and written correspondence conducted in English,
- Strong professional communication and representation skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams,
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple processes simultaneously,
- Proactive, solution- and results-oriented, with the confidence to challenge issues when necessary and escalating risks and delays to management,
- High sense of responsibility, strong follow-up discipline, and a high level of confidentiality,
- Eager to learn and develop, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
