Job summary

We seek 5–6+ years in Category Management or E‑Commerce in Retail/FMCG, a bachelor’s degree, and fluent English. You’ll partner with internal teams and suppliers in a fast-paced environment to disrupt the future of retail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• 5–6+ years of experience in Category Management, Commercial Trading, or E‑Commerce within Retail or FMCG.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for your category's P&L, profitability margins, and commercial budget.
• Set growth milestones and drive actions toward revenue, category penetration, and margin KPIs.
• Act as the 'CEO of your category' and drive initiatives from concept to delivery with minimal supervision.
• Conduct rigorous quantitative and margin analyses; translate data into strategic actions.
• Design data-backed campaign roadmaps aligned with profit margins and commercial objectives.
• Curate and optimize Getir's product mix based on trends and consumer insights.
• Lead Joint Business Plan negotiations and build partnerships with key suppliers and brands.
• Partner with internal teams across Assortment Strategy, Retail Marketing, MDM, Demand Planning, Operations, and Finance to align goals.
