Job summary

Getir is seeking a procurement/trading professional to help expand the product assortment and optimize supplier relationships. You will report on KPIs like demand and volume, and turn data into actionable recommendations for teams across Operations, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in e-Comm trading (executive) or 1–3 years (specialist), a related BA degree, and strong negotiation, organization, and English skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of executive experience in e-Comm Trading in retail or FMCG.
• BA degree in Business Admin or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Find and add consumers' favorite products to Getir's product assortment.
• Analyze and report KPIs such as demand and volume.
• Develop insights from data and present actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Lead supplier negotiations and manage purchasing processes for product groups.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Find and add consumers favorite products to Getirs product assortment.
• Report, analyze and deliver KPI´s, such as demand and volume. (You'll hear these words A LOT)
• Manage complex, quantitative and statistical analyses, combine them with your common sense and then come with smart conclusions and recommendations.
• Build bridges between our wonderful Operations, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Maintain, and further develop, a win-win relationship with our supplier partners through supporting activities.
• Carrying out the purchasing processes of the relevant product group
• Finding new products and suppliers and conducting supplier negotiations.

What You'll bring?

• Amazing negotiation skills, so that you can build powerful relationships with our partners.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience for executive, Minimum 1-3 years of experience for specialist in e-Comm Trading in a retail or FMCG,
• BA degree from a related department ex: Busin adm. & industrial engineer
• Wonderful organizational & communication skills
• Passion for working in a dynamic startup environment and a can-do approach,
• Strong analytical skills, able to turn data into an actionable insight,
• Think about the customer and their needs they didnt even realize yet first,
• Multi-tasking since there are only 1440 minutes in a day,
• Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities to conduct and show off amazing marketing works,
• Fluency in English both writing and speaking
