Job summary

Rollic, an Istanbul-based game developer and publisher, is seeking a proactive professional to manage live operations, ideation, and studio collaboration for hybrid casual games. You will coach partner studios, analyze promotion performance, and guide game updates with QA plans.

The role emphasizes ownership, growth-mindedness, and strong communication to drive retention, engagement, and monetization across Rollic’s global titles.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Engineering, or similar.
• Experience in dynamic business environments (consulting, tech, startup).
• Ability to take ownership and push projects forward with limited structure.
• Motivated by growth—personal and business.
• Passion for consumer products and games and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Work with Rollic's studio partners on ideation, execution, and game design for Hybrid casual game development.
• Onboard and coach studios on all aspects of their games.
• Create data analyses to monitor and report promotions/events and KPI impact.
• Test products by presenting QA plans to ensure quality of game updates.
• Generate new ideas to improve retention, engagement, and monetization.
• Develop a comprehensive in-game event strategy.
• Brainstorm new game ideas with studio partners and ensure prototypes meet Rollic's standards.
• Manage statistics to lead LiveOps and improve KPIs.
• Build trust with studio partners and oversee prototype lifecycle from ideation to scaling.
• Review competing games to stay ahead of market trends in in-game marketing.
