• 2-3 years of direct experience in mobile game production and Free-to-Play economies.
• 5+ years of experience across Product Management or Business Analysis.
• Strong mastery of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision and strategy for our global gaming portfolio.
• Prepare Game Design Documents and Product Requirements Documents.
• Act as the bridge between Software, UI/UX, and QA teams.
• Translate complex game mechanics into clear User Stories.
• Manage project deadlines and motivate engineering teams.
