Rollic in Istanbul is seeking a Growth Strategist to own the end-to-end growth strategy for a fast-moving mobile game portfolio. You will manage and optimize paid User Acquisition channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, ad networks) and explore non-paid growth opportunities through partnerships, featuring, influencer marketing, ASO, and community initiatives.

• Own and execute end-to-end growth strategy for Rollic’s mobile game portfolio.
• Manage and optimize paid User Acquisition channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, ad networks).
• Explore scale of non-paid growth channels: partnerships, featuring, influencer marketing, ASO, community initiatives.
• Identify trends, competitive insights, and new growth channels with potential impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Creative, Data, and Monetization teams for flawless execution.
• Conduct rigorous data analysis to evaluate channel performance and guide priorities.
• Test, iterate, and scale new growth hypotheses in a fast-paced environment.
