Job summary

CrazyLabs is seeking an experienced Game & Level Designer – Live Operations for remote work. You will design and optimize live-game systems, levels, and events for hybrid-casual and puzzle titles, using data to shape progression and monetization.

You will collaborate with data analysts, product teams, and artists to deliver engaging experiences, balance difficulty, and drive KPIs across live games.

Qualifications

• Proven game and level-design experience in a mobile F2P studio or gaming company.
• Hands-on level-design experience: creation, balancing, pacing, difficulty tuning, progression.
• Experience designing or improving live game systems, mechanics, and content.
• Strong understanding of player motivation, progression, rewards, and monetization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new game systems, features, mechanics, levels, and content for existing hybrid-casual games.
• Create and optimize engaging levels, missions, and experiences for live players.
• Define level progression, pacing, difficulty curves, and player journeys.
• Analyze level performance, churn points, retries, and progression; translate into design improvements.
• Design and improve LiveOps events, challenges, rewards, and engagement-driven experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Data Analysts to define hypotheses and measure impact.
