Job summary

Rollic in Istanbul is seeking a Growth Strategist to own the end-to-end growth strategy for a fast-moving mobile game portfolio. You will manage and optimize paid User Acquisition channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, ad networks) and explore non-paid growth opportunities through partnerships, featuring, influencer marketing, ASO, and community initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end growth strategy to scale Rollic’s mobile game portfolio
• Manage and optimize paid User Acquisition channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, ad networks, etc.)
• Explore and scale non-paid growth channels including partnerships, featuring opportunities, influencer marketing, ASO, community initiatives, and growth experiments
• Identify emerging market trends, competitive insights, and new high-potential growth channels
• Work closely with Product, Creative, Data, and Monetization teams to ensure flawless execution and maximize impact
• Conduct rigorous data analysis to evaluate channel performance, prioritize initiatives, and guide strategic decisions
• Test, iterate, and scale new growth hypotheses in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience in fast-paced and analytical environments (strategy consulting, investment banking, tech, performance marketing, or similar)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven mindset
• Genuine interest in mobile gaming, performance marketing, and growth strategy
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable taking full ownership of initiatives
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English
