Job summary

Rollic, an Istanbul-based game developer and publisher, is hiring a Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of new game initiatives. You will define vision, core gameplay, and differentiation while leading rapid prototyping and data-driven decision making across designers, developers, UA, and data teams.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping at least one mobile game.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
• Excellent prioritization and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation to soft launch.
• Define product vision, core gameplay loop, and differentiation strategy.
• Lead rapid prototyping and validation of game concepts.
• Analyze player metrics (retention, engagement, monetization, CPI) to guide decisions.
• Make data‑driven product decisions and iterate based on insights.
• Collaborate with game designers, developers, UA, creative and data teams.
• Identify scalable opportunities and turn prototypes into high‑performing titles.
• Act as the business owner of your game, balancing player experience with commercial performance.
