Job summary

Esthetic Hair, Türkiye’s leading medical brand, seeks an experienced manager to lead our international patient communication processes and oversee the Call Center and Follow-up teams.

You will manage the patient journey from the initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up, ensuring quick, professional handling and high patient satisfaction while driving KPIs and strategic process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a Call Center or sales team, preferably in hair transplantation, aesthetic, or medical tourism.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Target- and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coordinate the Call Center and Follow-up teams.
• Ensure international patient inquiries are handled quickly, professionally, and effectively.
• Manage post-treatment follow-up processes to maximize patient satisfaction.
• Set and monitor sales and patient satisfaction KPIs and report performance to senior management.
• Maintain team motivation and discipline while identifying training and development needs to improve skills.
• Ensure maximum efficiency in patient communication, appointment scheduling, and follow-up processes.
• Develop strategies to improve processes, enhance performance, and achieve better results.

At Esthetic Hair, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated manager with strong leadership skills and excellent English communication abilities to lead our international patient communication processes and manage our Call Center and Follow-up teams.

This position will be responsible for overseeing the entire patient journey, from the first contact with international patient inquiries through to post-operation follow-up.
