Job summary

Fimple is seeking a mid-level Business Analyst for banking-focused modules (Credit, Customer, Account, Accounting, Treasury, and Fee & Commission). You will prepare analyses/designs, perform functional tests, and collaborate with global teams to ensure successful product releases.

Ideal candidates have a finance/banking background, at least two years of BA experience in banking, and strong English communication. Onsite position with opportunities for training and client interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related field (advanced degrees/certs are a plus).
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking/financial services.
• Experience as a BA in Banking in one or more modules: Credit, Accounting, Treasury, Customer/Account.
• Deep knowledge of relevant business domains and best practices.
• Fluency in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the analyst and tester for related product teams.
• Provide insights and guidance to the team and support Product Owner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives and deliverables.
• Conduct in-depth research to stay updated with industry trends and regulations.
• Apply manual or automated acceptance tests to each Fimple product release.
• Work closely with product team to perform functional/integration tests for high-quality releases.
• Develop and deliver training programs and materials for team members and clients.

We are seeking highly skilled and mid-level experienced Business Analysts in the field of Banking, with a specific focus on one of the Credit, Customer, Account, Accounting, Treasury, Fee & Commission and Financial Analysis modules. As a Business Analyst onsite in this field, you will play an important role in preparing analyses and designs and performing functional tests. We are looking for business analyst onsite with a deep self-motivation focus to grow, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of success in the banking industry. Proficiency in English is essential, as you will collaborate with teams and clients globally.

What Will The Right Person Look Like?
