SCW.AI by Supply Chain Wizard is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to join our İzmir-based product team. You will own critical product operations, lead sprint prep, translate client needs into software requirements, and maintain backlog hygiene while coordinating across Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success.

The Role

We are looking for a highly analytical, high-potential Business Analyst to take on Scrum responsibilities and act as a central hub for our product operations. In this role, you will take over critical product ownership, coordination, and daily operational workflows from management, enabling senior leadership to focus on strategic, client-facing, and deep-technical initiatives.

This is not just a role for managing backlogs or taking meeting notes. We are looking for a driven individual who can rapidly learn our technical infrastructure, communicate fluently with software engineering teams, think analytically, and proactively take on increasing responsibilities as they grow.

As a member of the SCW.AI product team, you will:

• Drive sprint preparation workflows, maintain backlog hygiene, draft comprehensive user stories, and coordinate cross-team prioritization.
• Translate client needs and business requests into precise software requirements. Use analytical thinking to define acceptance criteria, identify edge cases, and eliminate ambiguities in product behavior.
• Step-by-step, take end-to-end ownership of internal coordination and daily product operations currently managed by senior product leadership.
• Act as the critical communication bridge between Product Management, Software Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure clear, transparent, and rapid information flow.
• Meticulously track decisions, action items, and notes from product meetings, ensuring no task, requirement, or topic falls through the cracks.
• Formulate rational, logical solutions in daily product and process management by carefully balancing user needs, logical frameworks, and available data.

Ideal candidate has the ability to work regularly from our İzmir office to participate in natural team collaboration and knowledge exchange

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related life sciences field.
• A strong academic track record, serving as a strong indicator of analytical capability
• Ability to rapidly absorb, understand, and internalize complex product architectures, technical processes, and business rules
• Proven ability to navigate uncertain situations without waiting for constant direction; capable of transforming vague concepts into concrete business rules and clear technical questions through independent research
• Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
• A highly organized mindset with the drive to take on responsibility and grow within a fast-paced scale-up environment
• Industry knowledge in pharmaceutical/life sciences/medical devices, IT, manufacturing, processes & systems is not a must but a big plus
• Knowledge of scheduling algorithms, BI tools, data analysis, and regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
• Experience in project management is a big plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across teams, and effectively represent the contents to international clients
