Job summary

SCW.AI by Supply Chain Wizard is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to join our Izmir-based product team. You will bridge product mastery, technical support, client operations and system integrations to resolve complex issues and document scalable resolutions.

Reporting to the CTO, you will act as an SME in the SCW.AI ecosystem, conduct root-cause analyses, contribute to SOPs and self-serve guides, and perform hands-on tasks such as configuring connectors and running integration tests on

Qualifications

• 4-5 years IT sector experience; pharma/manufacturing exposure preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience interacting with colleagues from multiple geo-locations.

The Role

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to serve as the critical bridge between product mastery, technical support, client operations, and system integrations. You will deeply master our software ecosystem, investigate root causes, directly resolve complex technical issues, and convert isolated solutions into scalable documentation and standard processes.

Reporting directly to the CTO, you will also act as a trusted technical advocate in client meetings and shield core R&D teams from operational distractions.

As a member of the SCW.AI product team, you will:

• Master the full SCW.AI product ecosystem, data flows, and configurations to become the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) and product knowledge hub.


• Drive technical issue resolution end-to-end. Conduct root-cause analysis on incoming inquiries from clients and Customer Success (CS) teams, ensuring tickets are solved rather than rerouted.


• Serve as a strong technical backbone for CS managers. Join client meetings to clearly articulate platform capabilities, integration steps, and technical resolution paths.


• Transform resolved edge cases into permanent documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and self-serve user guides to expand corporate memory.


• Act as the first line of defense for technical queries, resolving operational issues before they reach core R&D and software development teams.


• Embrace scale-up flexibility by executing hands-on technical tasks, such as configuring OPC connectors and running integration tests on client infrastructures.

**Ideal candidate has ability to work regularly from our İzmir office to participate in natural team collaboration and knowledge exchange**

Desired Skills and Experience

• Min 4-5 years of experience in IT sector, experience in pharma or manufacturing would be an extra


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering,


• Exceptional communication skills; ability to comfortably interact with tech and non-tech colleagues.


• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.


• Experience interacting with colleagues from multiple geo‑locations.


• Strong background or high learning capability in software, SaaS, IoT, hardware, and integration workflows


• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and wear multiple technical hats comfortably


• A "How do I fix this?" orientation rather than passing tickets down the line.
