Job summary

You will own critical product operations, lead sprint prep, translate client needs into software requirements, and maintain backlog hygiene while coordinating across Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as listed in the ad.
• Strong analytical capabilities demonstrated through academic track record.
• Ability to absorb complex product architectures and business rules.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive sprint preparation, maintain backlog hygiene, draft user stories, and coordinate cross-team prioritization.
• Translate client needs into precise software requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
• Take end-to-end ownership of internal coordination and daily product operations.
• Act as a communication bridge between Product Management, Software Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Meticulously track decisions and action items from product meetings.
• Balance user needs with data-driven reasoning to propose solutions.
