Nestlé is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to join the Marketing - Beverages team in Turkey on a permanent contract. You will assist in developing functionally aligned brand plans, monitor market performance, and collaborate with R&D, packaging, production, and supply chain to drive brand initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree, 1–2 years in marketing, strong project and time management, excellent English, and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,

1-2 years of experience in marketing.
Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent command of English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).

Responsabilidades

Assist in developing and implementing functionally aligned brand plans, ensuring brand performance, health, and strategic alignment.
Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends, and competitive activities to inform decisions.
Support project management for innovations and renovations, collaborating with R&D, packaging, production, and supply chain teams.
Track and report on marketing investments to ensure effective resource allocation and budget management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with regional/global teams and agencies to drive brand initiatives.
