Job summary

Bosch Türkiye seeks a Brand Manager to strengthen the market presence of Hitachi and YORK brands within the Bosch Home Comfort Türkiye portfolio. You will develop brand strategies, guide campaigns, and collaborate with Sales, Product Management and Communications to drive growth across Türkiye.

The role requires managing brand activations, budgets, and cross-functional projects, ensuring consistent brand identity and alignment with global guidelines. Strong English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of brand management, marketing or marketing communications.
• Knowledge of brand strategy, positioning, digital marketing and integrated marketing communications.
• Experience in managing marketing campaigns, external agencies and cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, stakeholders and priorities effectively.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in HVAC or other technical B2B/B2C industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies for Hitachi and YORK in alignment with business objectives and global brand guidelines.
• Strengthen brand positioning, awareness and equity through market, customer and competitor insights.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing and communication activities, including digital campaigns, PR, social media, events and sponsorships.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and communication across all relevant channels and customer touchpoints.
• Support product launches, go-to-market strategies and brand activation initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage external agencies, business partners and marketing budgets to ensure effective execution of brand activities.
• Monitor brand performance and campaign effectiveness through relevant KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Communication and other functions to align brand initiatives with business priorities.
