Job summary

Groupe SEB is seeking a Brand Communication Manager to join our Marketing team in Istanbul. You will develop and execute integrated brand communication strategies with a strong focus on social media and influencer marketing, building annual plans and ensuring consistent messaging.

In this role, you will lead brand communication initiatives, manage budgets and collaborate with Product Managers, cross-functional teams, and external agencies to drive awareness and engagement across consumer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in brand communication, integrated marketing, social media or influencer marketing.
• Hands-on experience in social media strategy, content planning, influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
• Proven experience developing integrated communication plans and managing brand communication budgets.
• Experience coordinating creative and digital agencies, with agency experience an advantage.
• Fluency in Turkish and strong professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Positioning: Champion brand positioning and translate product innovations into communication strategies.
• Integrated Communication Planning: Develop annual 360° plans for existing products and launches.
• Social Media Management: Lead social media strategy and execution across platforms.
• Influencer Marketing & Creator Partnerships: Develop and manage influencer initiatives and collaborations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Align activities with Paid Media, Retail and Trade Marketing teams.
• Agency & Campaign Coordination: Brief agencies and evaluate proposals for campaigns and events.
• Budget Management & Performance Analysis: Plan budgets and analyze campaign results to optimize investments.
