Paribu Art in Istanbul is seeking an Associate Specialist, Hospitality Coordination to support backstage operations during events. You will prepare dressing rooms, monitor backstage areas, respond to artists' requests, manage refreshments, and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth performances.

• Interest in live events, concerts, and the performing arts.
• Open to learning artist hospitality and backstage operations.
• Good command of English to communicate with international artists.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• A team player who works well with others.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow multiple tasks at once.
• Solution-focused and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace.
• Curiosity about AI tools and how to use them in daily work is a plus.
• Internship or part-time experience in events, hospitality, hotels, or cultural venues is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Preparing artist dressing rooms and shared spaces according to teams’ requests before events.
• Monitoring the cleanliness and organization of backstage areas during events.
• Responding to artists’ and teams’ requests and communicating them to relevant teams.
• Checking backstage food, drinks, and refreshments and tracking stock levels.
• Coordinating with other Paribu Art departments and third-party service providers.
• Supporting the smooth running of event operations per the schedule.
• Inspecting dressing rooms after events and preparing spaces for future use.
• Inspecting backstage furniture and equipment and noting maintenance needs.
• Reporting issues and developments during events in a timely manner.
• Contributing to a positive hospitality experience for artists and teams.
