Responsibilities

• Prepare artist dressing rooms and backstage spaces before events.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of backstage areas during events.
• Respond to artists’ requests and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Check backstage food, drinks, and supplies; manage stock levels.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party service providers.
• Support smooth event operations according to schedule and timeline.
• Inspect dressing rooms and backstage areas after events; close out properly.
• Regularly inspect backstage furniture and equipment; note maintenance needs.
• Report issues and developments in a timely manner during events.
• Contribute to a positive hospitality experience for artists and teams.

The impact you'll make

At Paribu Art, every team member plays a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions. As an Associate Specialist, Hospitality Coordination at Paribu Art, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing artist dressing rooms and shared spaces available to artists according to their teams’ requests before events, ensuring they remain ready for use throughout the event
• Monitoring the cleanliness and organization of backstage areas throughout events
• Responding to artists’ and their teams’ requests during events and communicating them to the relevant teams when necessary
• Checking backstage food, drinks, and other refreshments, making sure missing items are replaced, and keeping track of stock levels
• Coordinating with other departments within Paribu Art and third-party providers of services such as artist assistance and logistics
• Supporting the smooth running of event operations in accordance with the established schedule and timeline
• Inspecting dressing rooms at the end of events, collecting supplies, preparing spaces for future use, and completing closing procedures and final checks
• Regularly inspecting backstage furniture, technical equipment, and other facilities, maintaining their organization, and following up on maintenance needs
• Reporting any issues encountered and operational developments in a timely manner throughout events
• Contributing to a positive hospitality experience by ensuring the satisfaction of artists and their teams
