Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for TP-Link Türkiye.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring collaboration and performance.
• Coordinate integrated marketing plans across Digital Marketing, PR, Events, and Social Media.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, traffic, engagement, leads and sales.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across relevant digital channels.
• Work with Sales and GTM teams to support channel growth.
• Develop and manage the company’s communication strategy across media and digital channels.
• Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities.
• Utilize AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and ROI.
• Use data to evaluate campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
• Support product launches with messaging and promotional plans.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports and market analyses.
