Toyota Tsusho Europe is seeking a Production & Logistics Planning Engineer to plan, coordinate, monitor and continuously improve production and logistics operations in a dynamic automotive environment.

The role focuses on optimizing line and transport planning, ensuring on-time deliveries, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to quality and environmental standards. You will support Kaizen and digital transformation initiatives and report on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production and logistics planning within the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of production planning, logistics, inventory management, and reporting processes.

Responsabilités

• Plan production lines and transport operations aligned with orders and shipment plans.
• Coordinate planning flow between Planning, Production, Warehouse, Quality, Purchasing, Sales and Logistics.
• Follow up customer orders, shipment requests requirements, and take necessary actions.
• Coordinate factory activities from a planning and control perspective to support defined targets.
• Monitor and analyse inventory levels and manage risks.
• Report extraordinary situations and operational risks to relevant managers and departments.
• Support ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 documentation and audits.
• Participate in continuous improvement, Kaizen, digital transformation, automation and efficiency projects.
