Job summary

Honda Türkiye A.Ş. is seeking a Production Planning Specialist to prepare and monitor production plans based on demand, capacity, and material availability.

You will manage production schedules, follow up MRP, and coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchasing and Logistics teams. Monitor delivery performance, KPIs, and support process improvements. Report planning performance to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
• Automotive industry experience or manufacturing planning knowledge is preferred.
