Bosch Türkiye and Middle East Headquarters in İstanbul seeks a Customer and Logistics Operations Expert to coordinate daily logistics, monitor service performance, and drive improvements in lead times, service levels, and customer satisfaction. You will interact with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree as specified.
3–5 years of professional logistics experience.
Experience with logistics service providers, warehouse ops, and customer-facing SC activities.
Experience coordinating processes and driving performance improvements.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily logistics operations and monitor service performance.
Improve customer lead times and support initiatives for service levels.
Prepare and facilitate recurring operational performance reviews.
