Job summary

Toyota Motor Manufacturing Türkiye is seeking an engineer to join the Production Division through the New Graduate Development Programme. The role focuses on developing processes aligned with Toyota Production System and launching new equipment.

You will analyze production lines, plan method changes, and lead project launches with KPI reporting to the team and management. The candidate should have an engineering degree, strong English, and willingness to travel and relocate within Turkey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Process development in line with Toyota's short- to mid-term business policies and production plan.
• Analyze production processes and identify improvement requirements in line with Toyota Production System.
• Plan & implement necessary method and equipment changes in line with Toyota Business Practices.
• Design, manufacture and commission of new equipment.
• Drive communication and report KPI progress within the team and management.
• Manage engineering changes in design, material and methods.
• Follow up and report on new vehicle & new material projects.

Job description

• University degree in a related field, preferably Mechanical, Mechatronic or Aeronetical Engineering, Electrical, Electronics or other related disciplines
• Willing to be developed in Toyota Production System and Equipment Design & Manufacturing.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy.
• Excellent command of English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• Preferable to be capable of design & analysis tools (e.g. : Catia, Solidworks, Ansys etc.)
• Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
• No restriction to travel in and out of Turkey
• Willing to live in Kocaeli and Sakarya

Job Description:

Successful candidate will be employed in Production Division and join the Toyota New Graduate Development Programme.

• Main responsibility area will be Process Development inline with Toyota's short to mid term business policies & production plan.
• Analyze production processes and identify improvement requirements in line with Toyota Production System.
• Plan & implement necessary method and equipment changes in line with Toyota Business Practices.
• Design, manufacturing and commissioning of new equipment
• Drive communication and report progress and result KPI's within the team and management.
• Manage the engineering changes in design, material and methods related with the descriptions above
• New vehicle & new material projects follow up, launch & reporting
