Job summary

• Analyze point-of-sale performance using Nielsen, customer B2B, sell-out data and translate findings into insights for Sales, Customer Marketing and Marketing teams.
• Create and improve user-friendly sales reports and help automate sales systems and recurring reporting activities.
• Test and learn new tools and support their implementation and adoption by field teams.
• Monitor Perfect Store KPIs with the Key Account field team and provide relevant internal reporting.
• Coordinate point-of-sale materials for field sales and merchandising teams and support effective execution in the field.

Overview

Join the Turkey Sales Operations team in a role that connects sales analytics, field execution and continuous improvement. You will help the sales organization track performance, turn point-of-sale and customer data into practical insights, strengthen Perfect Store execution and improve the tools and reporting used by field teams.

About The Role

This is an associate-level individual contributor role with no direct reports. You will work across Sales, Customer Marketing, Marketing and field teams, using data from sources such as Nielsen, customer B2B data and sell-out reporting to support sales performance and execution. You will also help automate sales systems and reporting, test new tools and support their adoption by field teams.

• Analyze point-of-sale performance using Nielsen, customer B2B, sell-out and other available data sources, and translate findings into insights for Sales, Customer Marketing and Marketing teams.
• Create and improve user-friendly sales reports and help automate sales systems and recurring reporting activities.
• Test and learn new tools, and support their implementation and adoption across field teams.
• Monitor Perfect Store KPIs with the Key Account field team and provide relevant internal reporting.
• Coordinate point-of-sale materials (POSMs) for field sales and merchandising teams and support effective execution in the field.

Experience You’ll Bring

Essential qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, sales operations or a relevant operations role within the FMCG sector.
• Native-level Turkish and fluent English.
• Understanding of the FMCG market in Turkey.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with proficiency in other Microsoft Office tools.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using sales, point-of-sale, customer or sell-out data to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Experience working with field sales or merchandising teams.
• Experience communicating with both senior stakeholders and operational teams.
• Exposure to relationship management or commercial negotiations.
