Job summary

SC Johnson in Istanbul, Turkey seeks an Associate, Sales Ops & Perfect Store to join the Turkey Sales Operations team. You will connect sales analytics with field execution, track performance, and translate data into actionable insights for sales and marketing teams.

You will automate sales systems, test new tools, and support adoption by field teams, while coordinating POS materials and improving reporting used by field operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above.
1–2 years of experience in sales operations or a relevant operations role within FMCG.
Native Turkish and fluent English.
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with proficiency in other Microsoft Office tools.
Valid Class B driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Track, audit and provide insights on sales KPIs for the Turkey sales team.
Analyze point-of-sale performance using Nielsen, customer data and sell-out data.
Create and improve user-friendly sales reports and automate reporting activities.
Test and adopt new tools and support field teams in their use.
Monitor Perfect Store KPIs with the KAM field team and provide internal reporting.
Coordinate POSMs for field sales and merchandising teams.
