Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable university, LL.M. degree is an asset.
• Minimum 3-4 years of post-qualification experience excluding the legal internship.
• Experience in Contracts Law, Data Protection Law (KVKK and GDPR), Commercial Law, and trade registry procedures.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, both in English and Turkish.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, UYAP and preferably Attornaid.
• Commitment to continuous learning and self-development.
• Ability to research and follow-up with analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Providing day-to-day legal assistance as requested by the business units of the clients.
• Advising clients on legal and regulatory aspects of their business operations and projects.
• Assisting clients with trade registry procedures and corporate filings, including the preparation and submission of relevant applications and documentation.
• Representing clients before the courts and administrative authorities.
• Participating in drafting, reviewing and executing various types of agreements, policies, procedures, notices.
• Conducting legal research for advisory matters.
