Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 6 years of experience in Competition Law.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Post graduate degree in antitrust law would be an asset.
• Experience in managing client projects/teams.
• Experience in working with international clients.
• Grasp of Competition Law’s economical concepts.
• Advanced level of written and spoken English (IELTS 7.5 or TOEFL 110).
• Strong planning, organization, drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Motivated team player.
• Ability to take initiatives and ownership of projects.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Managing the project team and projects.
• Reporting to Counsel/Head of Practice Group.
• Advising clients on competition law, trade remedies and regulatory issues.
• Drafting arguments, submissions to Competition Authority, Ministry of Trade and courts.
• Participating in seminars/training to clients and other associates.
• Writing articles in reputable publications.
• Managing client relationships.

Job Requirements:

• A qualified lawyer with 6 years of experience in Competition Law. Working experience in all areas of Competition Law, especially in investigations and merger notifications.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• A post graduate degree in antitrust law would be an asset.
• Experience in managing client projects/teams
• Experience in working with international clients
• Grasp of Competition Law’s economical concepts
• Advanced level of written and spoken English. (IELTS score of min. 7.5 or min TOEFL score of 110 is required.)
