Job summary

Dyson Institute in Adana is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Leader in daily operations and lead the team on the shop floor. You will drive the brand experience, coach staff, and help achieve sales and service targets while maintaining Dyson’s standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and peak periods. You will monitor performance, implement improvements, and foster an energized, customer-centric store culture.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of team management experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused retail environments.
• Proactive, energetic, solution-oriented, and able to take initiative.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction, and provide recommendations to the Store Leader.
• Support testing and implementation of new services, process improvements, and operational enhancements.
• Track and execute actions that contribute to overall store performance.
• Share observations related to stock, services, and operations with the Store Leader and relevant managers.
• Ensure Dyson’s high customer experience standards are fully implemented in the store.
• Handle customer complaints at the first stage and elevate to the Store Leader when necessary.
• Collaborate with the Store Leader to execute activities within the Retail Activations calendar.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members.
• Contribute to daily goal setting, performance tracking, and feedback processes.
• Help build a positive, motivated, and collaborative team culture.
• Take an active role in daily floor leadership, demonstrating excellent customer experience and operational execution.
