Job summary

Dyson Institute in Turkey is seeking an experienced Store Manager for the M1 Adana AVM Demo Store to lead daily operations, drive sales and uphold brand standards.

You will recruit and coach managers, set targets, monitor performance, handle escalations, and partner with your team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Advanced English is required, and you should have 5–6 years in high-performance retail management, with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of team management experience in retail.
• Advanced level of English.
• Solid retail management experience in high-performance, customer-facing environments.
• Ability to work a schedule including weekends and holidays.

• Find and act on new opportunities to increase sales and profits.
