Job summary

Dyson stores require a hands-on Assistant Store Leader to support the Store Leader in daily operations. You will lead the team on the shop floor, coach staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while upholding brand standards.

You will contribute to sales targets, participate in recruitment and training, and help drive key metrics such as conversion, AOV, and NPS. Weekend and peak trading availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of team management experience.
• Good level of English.
• Experience in management or supervisory roles within fast-paced, customer-focused retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Guide the store team to deliver Dyson's brand experience on the shop floor.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction and report findings.
• Support testing of new services, processes, and operational improvements.
• Track actions contributing to store performance and share insights with the Store Leader.
• Ensure compliance with Dyson’s standards for operations, safety, and cash handling.
