Job summary

Dyson is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our İstanbul Florentia AVM store, on-site. You will support the Store Leader in daily operations, coach the team on brand standards, and drive sales with a focus on exceptional customer experiences.

In this role you will help recruit and onboard staff, implement service improvements, monitor performance metrics, and ensure stock, cash handling, and loss prevention procedures meet Dyson’s high standards. Weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of team management experience.
• Good level of English.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused retail environments.
• Willingness to work weekends and peak periods.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction and provide recommendations to the Store Leader.
• Support testing and implementation of new services and operational improvements.
• Track and execute actions contributing to store performance.
• Share observations on stock, services and operations with the Store Leader.
• Ensure Dyson's high customer experience standards are implemented in-store.
• Handle customer complaints at first stage and escalate when needed.
• Create personalized customer interactions and foster brand ambassadors.
• Collaborate with teams to execute Retail Activations within calendar.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members.
• Contribute to daily goal setting, performance tracking and feedback.
• Open/close procedures, stock accuracy, and daily tasks.
