Insider One is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to identify and reach out to prospective sales opportunities, acting as the backbone of the sales process. The role focuses on qualifying inbound leads, performing outbound outreach, and learning the market dynamics across multiple regions.

What You Will Do

• Work with the assigned region to help the Insider One Global Sales teams in the UK, the US, Singapore, Malaysia, and Dubai boost their performances
• Identify new sales opportunities through inbound leads
• Follow up with prospects through outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Brainstorm with the team on how we can identify key players and generate interest in Insider One’s products
• Maintain and expand the prospect database in our assigned segments

What You Will Need

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English & Arabic
• University degree in a related field
• Relevant experience such as SDR or Inside Sales is a plus
• A fair understanding of the eCommerce markets
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• You’re a natural around the phone (Dialing dozens of numbers a day is a piece of cake for you)
• A passion for market research, identifying key players, and generating leads
• Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, start‑up environment
• A fair understanding of Digital Marketing or experience in a customer‑oriented position
