Job summary

Darya Dental Turkey is seeking an International Sales Specialist in Istanbul to drive growth by engaging English-speaking prospective patients via phone and WhatsApp. You will guide them through their treatment journey, present plans and quotations, and convert inquiries into confirmed patients.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in dental sales, strong closing skills, and a track record of delivering excellent patient experiences. Office-based, full-time position in Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven dental treatment sales experience.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong sales passion and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Confidence in handling objections and negotiations.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up international patient leads via phone and WhatsApp.
