Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, sales support, or customer service in the dental or medical device industry.
• Strong knowledge of dental implant systems and related treatment procedures.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product management, and customer service teams.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and technical support tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for technical inquiries about Nobel Biocare implants.
• Provide expert guidance on product features, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Support medium to small customers without direct access to a sales rep.
• Respond to inbound calls and emails to resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and Product Manager to provide technical expertise.
• Assist with product demonstrations and technical explanations for customer meetings.
• Maintain records of interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
• Provide feedback to product development from customer insights.
