Align Technology, a global leader in digital orthodontics, is seeking a Territory Manager (Remote) for Eskişehir and surrounding areas in Turkey. You will develop existing accounts and onboard high-potential customers, promoting digital solutions that transform practices and patient outcomes.

In this role, you will apply consultative selling, analytics, and strategic planning to grow the business while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
B2B sales experience in a consultative environment.
Strong analytical and business planning skills with ability to own territory activities.
Proactive mindset with focus on growing customers’ businesses.
High integrity and strong commercial acumen.
Excellent collaboration and relationship management.
Native-level Turkish and fluent English.

Responsibilities

Manage the Eskişehir territory, including Afyon, Kütahya, Bilecik driving business growth and onboarding new high-potential accounts.
Use customer insights and a consultative selling approach to encourage adoption of digital processes.
Act as a business partner to customers, helping them modernize and grow their practices with digital technology.
Develop and execute a territory plan based on potential within each account.
Create and execute account plans for top customers based on business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
Utilize data and analytics to support customer decision-making and growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Orchestrate internal resources to optimize the customer experience and promote Align solutions.
