Nizmara Consulting & Executive Search is seeking an experienced Country Manager – Türkiye to lead and develop the company’s Turkish market operations. You will drive commercial leadership, align sales with regional objectives, and manage key stakeholder relationships across construction and waterproofing ecosystems.

The role requires hands-on leadership, field engagement with customers, and the ability to build a high-performing national sales organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
• Approximately 10+ years of professional experience in construction materials with sales and business development.
• Solid experience in waterproofing industry or closely related product categories.
• Knowledge of waterproofing systems such as bituminous membranes, PVC/TPO membranes, liquid-applied waterproofing, polyurethane systems.
• Technical-commercial capability to understand waterproofing systems and articulate advantages.

Responsabilités

• Lead overall commercial operations and growth strategy in Türkiye.
• Develop and execute annual sales and business development strategy aligned with regional objectives.
• Own national sales targets, performance, and market development.
• Build relationships with public institutions, contractors, developers and dealers.
• Oversee projects from specification through order and implementation.
• Lead, coach and develop the national commercial organization.
