PLANET S.A. seeks an experienced Team Leader / Project Manager for a major water and wastewater infrastructure project in Hatay and Osmaniye, Türkiye.

The role involves overall management, supervision of construction works, and coordination of the project team throughout the construction period. The ideal candidate has a civil/environmental/chemical/mechanical engineering degree, 10+ years in water/wastewater projects, and proven experience with FIDIC contracts, English proficiency, and strong

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Environmental/Chemical/Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years in water/wastewater sector.
• Experience in 2+ FIDIC-based construction supervision projects acting for the Employer.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong MS Office skills and project coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Overall management and coordination of the project and supervision team.
• Coordinate experts and allocate tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee construction activities and monitor progress against requirements and timelines.
• Liaise with Employer, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Monitor contractual, technical and financial aspects of the project.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and documentation.
• Identify and manage project risks and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, procedures and quality standards.
• Support Works Contract implementation per FIDIC conditions.
