Solenis is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager in Turkey to lead regional sales within the Industrial Solutions unit. You will drive growth, strengthen customer partnerships and guide a sales team to meet strategic targets across domestic and international accounts.

In this role you will develop opportunities, provide technical and commercial support, and mentor new sales engineers while shaping strategy and maintaining hands-on execution to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry or related field.
• 5–10 years of sales in industrial water treatment or related fields.
• 2+ years in managerial or supervisory role is an advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• High proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Strong MS Office and CRM knowledge.
• Willingness to travel without restrictions.
• Military service completed for male candidates.
• Valid Class B driving licence.
