Job summary

Bluepath Robotics is seeking an experienced field service engineer to service AMR/AGV systems at customer sites. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose issues, and drive resolution while ensuring maximum system availability.

Strong collaboration with internal teams and travel to client locations are essential. The role requires 5+ years in industrial environments, familiarity with robotics/AMR tech, and proficiency in PLCs and automation protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in industrial environments.
• Experience in field service, maintenance, commissioning support, or technical support.
• Knowledge of robotics and AMR is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and maintenance of AMR systems and control systems.
• Ensure reliability and performance of deployed AGV/AMR systems.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.
• Read schematics and documentation; troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, software domains.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support customer service activities.
