Job summary

OPLOG is seeking a Field Service Engineer to own the installation, commissioning, testing, and on-site troubleshooting of TARQAN robots across Türkiye. You will analyze live operation alerts and work with the Ankara team for escalations, driving uptime improvements and feeding field insights back into product development.

You should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience with automation, robotics systems, and electrical work, with intermediate English for technical documentation.

Qualifications

2–3 years of hands‑on experience maintaining and repairing machinery, automation systems, and industrial equipment in the field.
Experience with AGV/AMR fleet management or robotic systems is highly desirable.
Knowledge of PLC/automation programming and reading telemetry/log data.

Responsibilities

Own field installation, commissioning, testing, and on‑site troubleshooting of TARQAN robots.
Analyze errors and alerts from robots in live operations and respond promptly on-site.
Escalate unresolved issues to the Ankara Engineering team with clear handoffs.
Drive continuous improvement to robot uptime, reduce failure frequency, and shorten response times.
Provide regular field feedback to inform product development.

What You’ll Do

Own the field installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of TARQAN robots
Analyze errors and alerts coming from robots in live operations and respond quickly, on‑site
Escalate issues that can’t be resolved in the field or require deeper technical analysis to the Ankara Engineering team, with clear and detailed handoffs
Drive continuous improvement work focused on robot uptime, failure frequency, and response times
Report field feedback regularly, feeding insights back into product development

Who You Are

At least 2–3 years of hands‑on experience maintaining and repairing machinery, automation systems, industrial equipment, AGVs/AMRs, conveyors, or production lines in the field
Practical experience across both mechanical (assembly/disassembly) and electrical/electronic work (wiring, sensors, motor drivers, power and signal lines)
Background in industrial environments such as factories, warehouses, or production facilities — familiar with how they run, their safety rules, and shift culture
Experience diagnosing faults and performing root cause analysis via multimeters, HMI/PLC interfaces, and log/telemetry screens
Specialized experience with AGV/AMR fleet management or robotic systems
Knowledge of PLC/automation programming and vertical transport / conveyor systems (e.g., Qimarox)
Intermediate English for technical documentation and engineering communication
Comfort reading and interpreting telemetry/data screens, with a data‑driven working style
