Job summary

OPLOG is seeking a Field Service Engineer to own the installation, commissioning, testing, and on-site troubleshooting of TARQAN robots across Türkiye. You will analyze live operation alerts and work with the Ankara team for escalations, driving uptime improvements and feeding field insights back into product development.

You should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience with automation, robotics systems, and electrical work, with intermediate English for technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience maintaining and repairing machinery, automation systems, and industrial equipment in the field.
• Experience with AGV/AMR fleet management or robotic systems is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of PLC/automation programming and reading telemetry/log data.

Responsibilities

• Own field installation, commissioning, testing, and on‑site troubleshooting of TARQAN robots.
• Analyze errors and alerts from robots in live operations and respond promptly on-site.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Ankara Engineering team with clear handoffs.
• Drive continuous improvement to robot uptime, reduce failure frequency, and shorten response times.
• Provide regular field feedback to inform product development.
