Qualifications

  • Actively participate in real‑world business projects including analysis, design, process improvement, and operational support.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for the construction industry.

Alumil NextGen is an internship program offering university students who are goal‑oriented, eager to learn, and development‑focused the opportunity to make a strong start to their careers. Through this program, participants gain real‑world professional experience in a dynamic manufacturing and corporate environment across various departments, including Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, Human Resources, Logistics, Finance, and Sales.

Throughout the program, students will become part of a team that develops innovative solutions for the construction industry, discover themselves with mentorship support, and expand their professional network.

Requirements
