As Norm Fasteners, we are the leading fastener manufacturer of the sector with our strong R&D and engineering services, high production capacity, in-house production facilities in the fields of design, tooling, coating, and hot forging, together with our wide logistics network extending from America to China.

This role is responsible for ensuring the effective and uninterrupted execution of daily production operations and achieving production targets in line with quality, cost, and delivery requirements. The position focuses on monitoring production performance, optimizing equipment and workforce utilization, taking prompt action on production-related issues, and working closely with maintenance and quality teams. Participants who successfully complete this process in Türkiye may be considered for full-time employment opportunities at Norm Fasteners Morocco (Tangier) plant.

• Preparing and monitoring production efficiency and KPI reports; analyzing machine downtime, productivity losses, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating with Maintenance
• Leading SMED, Kaizen, 5S, suggestion systems, and continuous improvement initiatives, including standardization and rollout
• Monitoring and analyzing First Pass Yield, setup, and trial forms
• Managing internal and external quality issues and suspicious cases in coordination with Quality and tracking corrective actions
• Identifying production equipment, tooling, and consumable needs; coordinating equipment design, procurement, commissioning, and preventive maintenance
• Delivering operator trainings and supporting effective use of ERP and Doruk systems
• Following up sample-approved new jobs, project revisions, and technical drawing changes and performing final controls
• Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health & Safety, environmental, and energy management systems and taking action in case of risks
